Just In... This evening, this car battery thief (Name Unknown) was caught in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom state capital.

The man, whose photograph appears below is said to have committed several car battery theft around the town, but luck ran out of him today as he was caught by the brother of a popular event protocol manager, Henry Godson, CEO of GoodFellaz Entertainment.

The comedian and CEO of Goodfellas, Godson was marking his dad's birthday at their residence, when his brother raised an alarm that someone was trying to steal battery from a car park in front of their residence.

On noticing that an alarm was raised, the culprit left the battery he had already taken from the car and took to his heels.

He was given a hot chase and caught by the resident of the area and his photos taken by Henry who posted these photos on his Facebook page.

He was later handed over to the Police.

Car battery theft and phone snatching however, have been on the increase and becoming the order of the day in Uyo.
