These belongs to a dead relation of mine. I'd like to know how it can be withdrawn. also what does a DTAP account stand for? following the intention of the FG to claim all funds in account without the BVN thanks in advance.

Go and get a lawyer, he wil charge you guys some percentage. It requires a publication in the national daily abt the dead relative and sworn affidavit. He will process the payment, although the money is not much and what will be left can be used for other things. Best of luck
