The vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar has cancelled the convocation ceremony scheduled on Saturday, 10th March, 2018, due to warning from DSS about eminent combined attacks planed by aggrieved non teaching staff across southern universities, this is the first time member unions are collaborating to achieve a desired goal.
