- Customer request for Quotation
- Our Company sends an Offer
- When negotiations are agreed
- Our Company sends an proforma invoice with an LC draft
- Customers meets his/her bank to open an LC and send it to Our Company
- Our Company gets the LC and confirm its authenticity
- If LC is authenticated and its valid
- Our Company ships the goods immediately
