Age Preference 22 – 27 years

Qualification – B.Sc/HND in Computer Science / Information Technology related courses

Location – Lagos (Proximity to Apapa will be an added advantage)

Summary of Job Description

- Plan, organize, schedule, coordinate & implement the day to day IT Support policies & workflow
- Constantly provide real time training and support to clients on account set up, accounting and ecommerce set, product functionalities while at the same time eliciting clients’ needs & requirements.
- Provide solution to all hard ware related issues
- Follow up on clients and ensure a 100% customer service experience.
- Provide market feedback & key intelligence information on customer experience & competitors advantage
- Manage all technical request, queries & complaint and ensure 100% service fulfilment
- Log and process relevant inbound & outbound calls, while at the same time ensuring quality assurance on product complaint, enquiry & support
- Provide safe keeping for all relevant information, documents, records, souvenirs & company assets in your care
- Provide at all times, exceptional customer experience & service delivery to all our clients
- Responsible for maintaining office decorum & ambience at all times
- Analyze customer issues & liaise with Team Lead to promptly resolve them.
- Provide the relevant real time report & daily feedback to the Team Lead
- And any other task that may be assigned by the MD / Chief Executive Officer
