I am very much interested in any  customer service position that is currently available with any firm in Nigeria as I have been looking for an engaging opportunity such as this for some time now.
I have already worked as a call centre agent in some firms, where my responsibilities have been related to customer service. The variety of skills required for these role together with my natural leadership qualities have allowed me to expand and add to my skill sets while enjoying the challenges at work has always been a part of my life in some form or another and your school is an organization that I would very much enjoy being a part of.
I also have a professional certification as a customer service personnel from the quality assurance institute and an employability skills training from Poise Nigeria graduate finishing academy although I know customer service is inborn in me as I like making sure people are given the best customer satisfaction always.
