The centre is a control room where operators receive and answer incoming emergency telephone calls from members of the public in need and requesting for rescue assistance and immediately dispatch information received to our Rescue Marshal and other rescue agencies, such as FRSC, Fire Service, Nigeria Police, NSCDC, NEMA, State Ambulance Services, State Emergency Management Agency and other Emergency Rescue Services Providers, for them to dispatch the relevant resources such as personnel, ambulance and equipments to where they are needed for prompt rescue assistance.
