The raging debate among Npower beneficiaries over poor English speaking skill maybe coming to an end soon as a volunteer from the northern part of country, Sabiru Salihu, has given insight into why volunteers from the area speak and write bad English.

Salihu, a Sokoto state Npower volunteer explained that many of the Northerners who are posting bad English on social media are holders of National Diploma (ND) and the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) not Degree holders.

So? What kind of lame excuse is this. It's not the responsibility of any higher institutions to teach you how to construct good english language either in verbal or written form. You should have learnt that during your primary and secondary education.
