Visit your National Office Agency (NOA) or the Focal Person's (FP) office from Wed 14-3-18 to Fri 23-03-18 with your Birth certificate, NYSC certificate, ID card, Educational credentials. This does not mean automatic selection! please where is national office agency in owerri or the focal persons office. please help

I got it too, though not interested, it might not be scam cos you're actually directed to an office and there is no number to call.
