5. Weather Condition:

The weather affects the handling of your car. When it rains, it creates a slippery surface, and this can really make the roads dangerous. This will certainly affect the handling of your car.

You forgot to mention the common culprit in Nigeria, raising the ground clearance.

You buy a car that has low ground clearance, but because you are scared of pot holes, you raise the ground clearance and handling is affected.
