If you take the following foods often, they may affect your entrepreneurial thinking and ruggedness. See them below:

1. Garri, rice, yam, etc without balancing them with other vital food types e.g. egg, fish, and plenty of fruits and veggies.

2. Too much sugary foods

3. Taking red meat everyday, especially beef

4. Too oily foods

I'm not saying you shouldn't eat them at all; eating them too much or everyday may injure your thinking and perseverance.
