Some Nigerians have called for the resignation of the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Police Command, Ahmad Zaki, for failing to produce operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad who allegedly tortured an artisan, Lucky Joseph. Joseph was allegedly tortured close to his residence in the Choba Extension, Obio Akpor Local Government Area of the state.
