For over many years now, this ghost of HND and DEGREE have been chasing many of us and leaving us to our on faith, other developed countries are happy to have polytechnics as a vital too to train its youths on practical technology ,the big question is , why is polytechnics in NIGERIA seen as a poor and dumping ground for training below standard, my view is POLYTECHNICS have a vital ROLE to play in the Economy of NIGERIA, HND and DEGREE should be seen as the same thing, or what is ur view??
