Job Title: Receptionist

Description
Ability to welcome visitors appropriately in person or on the telephone;
Ability to answer or refer inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
The receptionist will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.

Qualifications
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
B.Sc/HND/OND in related field with relevant experience.
Good knowledge and experience on social media marketing will be an added advantage.
