But professional certificate like the Associate of Certified Chartered Accountant has been identified as among the best in the world.So between masters and professional certificates which has weight pass.

When did certifications replace a formal education.? I stick my money on Masters any time any day.
Mind you, assume you get a job as a lecturer, will your certifications be enough or your Masters degree.
A degree is a degree, a certification is just an added advantage. Certifications can never replace a formal education hence can never replace a degree.
