Hi,
Our mobile devices have become an essential part of us and contain sensitive information which are increasingly targeted by fraudsters.
Here are a few tips to keep your information safe and secure:

1. Always lock your device. Use passwords that are not similar to your name or date of birth.

2. Do not let anyone you do not trust have access to your mobile phone

3. Download apps from trusted sources such as Google Play for Android and Apple Store for iOS

4. Do not open attachments from an untrusted source on your mobile device.

5. In the case of a lost or stolen mobile device ,always notify the bank for appropriate action.

6. Update your details with the bank when you change your phone number.

7. Connect to known and secure Wi-Fi networks only.

Also, make it a habit of regularly checking for viruses and unwanted apps on your phone.

Here is a guide on how to check if your phone has a virus and how to get rid of it: https://www.unlockunit.com/blog/how-to-tell-if-your-phone-has-a-virus
