UNILAG STUDENTS DONATE BLOOD TO SICKLE CELL CHILD PATIENTS
No fewer than 360 students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) turned out on Wednesday to donate a pint of blood each to sickle cell and cancer child patients.
The donors trooped out in multitudes to donate their blood at the New Hall and Bookshop areas of the Akoka campus where makeshift blood transfusion centres were provided.

EMOTION-LADEN MAN LABELS UCH DEATH TRAP AFTER LOSING LOVED ONE
A grieving Nigerian man on Facebook, Enoch B. Godson has called out University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan after he lost a loved one, UNILAG graduate Oluwaseun Ezekiel at the hospital.
Enoch blames the negligence and incompetence shown by medical officers at the UCH Ibadan for being responsible for her death.

SUSPECTED HERDSMEN KILL TRADITIONAL RULER, 9 OTHERS IN KOGI
Ten persons including a traditional ruler have been killed in an attack by suspected herdsmen in Kogi State.
The suspected herdsmen raided four villages during the attack that spanned two days – Sunday night till Monday afternoon.
