NPPC plans collaborating mining, geosciences society on hydrocarbon reservation


As part of efforts toward saving against rainy day, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has said that it was primitive to start growing the nation’s abundant hydrocarbon reserves, saying such move could only be possible through collaborate with Nigerian Mining & Geosciences Society (NMGS).

It said that NMGS was critical to attainment of the NNPC’s core mandate and that it was ready to seal coloration with the society so as to ensure the nation was able to safe enough of the substance

The Group Managing Director, NNPC , Dr. Maikanti Baru, pledged to continue to work with the society and other willing partners in search for more hydrocarbon deposits in the country.
