Currently producing Table water factory at Dalemo Area, Ota on 1acre of land with Registered conveyance & C of O under process. Makes water in 20 liters dispenser bottles, 75cl PET table water & 50cl pure water sachet. Has 9 light truck vans for distributing products, blowing plastic machine that makes it's own plastic bottles, Ice block vans. Several filling machines, borehole, 3 industrial generators of various capacity, NAFDAC approved.

Asking price is #400million but will go down when we meet owner as it's just the asking price. Owner is selling every thing company, brand, vehicles etc as it's still producing.

Production manager said they make a daily turn over of #500,000 to #600,000 despite not producing up to full capacity (just 1 shift production per day & few times a week)

Owner's younger bro runs the factory & has frustrated owner with returns on funds as told in confidence. Owner is in govt
