I need help in purchasing a paper article I saw online,dnt knw how to go abt it.
I also need urgent help in my Masters project work.
I'm writing on staff turnover and retention but I kant get out frm chpt 2 -Literature Review.

Ok, i just searched for it and alot of articles on that topic came up. Most of them are free.

I see, i have a flatmate here who is a lecturer, i have just given it to her, she will look around for it in her school journal articles database
