SWIFT fully known as Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication is one the biggest telecom company in Nigeria offering 4G network services with coverage in several locations such as Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja and Port-Harcourt

In order to create more awareness for their services, they have launched a free browsing service called “Red Cheetah Free Wifi” in Lagos, Nigeria.

As a matter of fact, some guys have been employed to help the public understand what Red Cheetah Free WiFi is all about and how to benefit from it. If you are in Lagos, you must have come across them in places such as BRT boarding terminal, Lekki-Ajah, Ketu, Ikorodu and other places.

Red Cheetah Free Wifi is currently available in about 500 locations (500 buses, 50 restaurant and 2 malls). SWIFT has revealed it is working on making it available in 10,000 locations inside Lagos state.

For now, it is only available in Lagos State
You can browse for free while on any BRT Bus in Lagos with the Red Cheetah WiFi
You need to download the Red Cheetah App before you can use the Red Cheetah Free Wi-Fi
Data cap for each device for now and is 1GB. SWIFT has hinted the service will be upgraded to unlimited in the nearest future.
It is only available on Android platform for now. It will be available on iOS and Windows in the next 3 months.
