My car giving me error of p0135, p0155, p0340,p2647, p2628. Does it have anything to do with the gear box?please I need someone who can write all this put for me in a lay man language so I can go to ladipo myself it can not accelerate more than 3 and when its hot it will stop moving but when the car is off for a while it will pick up again please someone help me out am in lagos

somebody that will still come here and 95% of the time direct you to go ahead and get a new gearbox?

The reason Gazzuz might recommend buying a replacement gearbox, is because the present gearbox is beyond redemption...... Why keep throwing good money @ bad?

Going to ladipo to buy parts, might be a more expensive solution, without proper evaluation of fault......

Sadly those codes are not even transmission related, so nothing concerns 'gearbox' in this one.

OP, diagnosis is not as straightforward as pulling codes and heading to the market. That is why workshops charge for diagnosis.

Your car is in limp mode due to those codes, that is why you can't rev above 3. Google the codes, you'll understand more.
