Do you remember what a plot of land in Lekki phase 1 cost in the 90's? Trust me! Its also 20 times more in value now. What most people in Ibeju-Lekki won't tell you is that the more projects develop there, the higher the value of land over time. The good new is that one can still get land at a good price now.
