I finally got my xbox360 back from microsoft after it caught the 3 rings of death. It took them 7 days to get it fixed and returned and they also gave me a complimentary one month free xbox live membership accompanied with an apology letter. I'll say that was good service.  the thing is i dont need the , To be continued |

@omega25red how did you do that, because my xbox360 have 3 rings problems too and i took it to oshodi and they try and said they cannt do it after 3 months. what can i do and how can you help me on this? thanks. |

you want to go on the microsoft website and go to the support section there you will be asked for the serial number of your machine and how many rings then they will allow you to print a shipping label so you can send it in and have it fixed for free. They only fix the 3 rings for free. |
