Have you ever heard suya meat killed someone, this person must have been preparing his suya here for years but nobody has been reported dead yet, although am not justifying the environment, but at least no body don come arrest am say somebody eat your suya and he/she done die since when he don dey make the suya.

Use clean suya joints like Yahuza Suya.

Look out for enclosed spaces, full fledged clean rooms and sanitized, flies-free cutting and spiking area.

Any food you buy by the roadside is always risk prone. Not only suya. It includes all the cheap amala and akpu joints. Good ones use net sreens to keep out flies and prepare food where everyone can see ot not in some hidden backyard.

it is not possible to use human meat cos human meat is scarce, more expensive and taste different from cow meat.It does not make any economic sense to mesuya.
