"Let's see if yours is as delicious as that..... "

Without hesitation and a smile on his face...,he served one spoonful from the food......, he chew, he swallowed, his Adam's apple working as he gulp it down...... He smile at her and took another spoonful and another.........

He stopped swallowing when a sudden pain flickered in his stomach......,it choked him, he quickly grab the glass of water and gulp everything down calling the attention of everyone sitting on the table....

"Are you alright....? Claude ask....

The pain spread, waxing down his lungs....

"My...my... My.... "He stammered and swallowed

"Son.... "Carlos whimpered standing up to walk to his side....

The intensity of the poison made him crumbled to the ground......

"Your majesty........ "The chiefs shouted....

"My........ "Desmond quivered and clatters flat on the floor, the crown fell from his head and rolled down the one staircase.....

"Guards....... "Claude shouted running to his side....

"Son.... "Carlos called out with throbbing heart...

Just then Desmond began to convulse......., the convulsion triggered foams of solidified remains from his mouth.....

"Son, Desmond..... "Carlos shouted with quivering mouth.........

"Desmond..... "Claude shouted, her eyes wet with tears.......

Amidst the convulsion, he tried to talk, try to raise his hand, his head........

Carlos quickly lift his head up..., about to carry him when his head fell back,his eyes wide open.., foams, spits splattering out of his mouth.....

"Son..., Desmond..... "Carlos whimpered....

Just then he took his last breath and fell to the cold clutches of death instantly giving up the ghost.....

"Son.... "Carlos whimpered, his eyes draining wet.....

"Desmond......"Claude muttered, tears flowing freely from her eyes....

"Desmond...... "Carlos shouted allowing the hard dry tears to flow out..........
