Ajiboye Michael Adeyemi, better known by his stage name SIJ, is a Nigerian Multi-talented singer/songwriter, performer and entertainer. He was born in Lagos to the Ajiboye family. His father Ajiboye Adedamola popularly known by his stage name Big Abass, is a veteran Nigerian actor, scriptwriter and director.
SIJ grew up in an entertainment home. He started music from early age, and started his music career professionally in 2011 as an independent artist. He described his style of music as Afro Hip Pop( Afro infusion) He has cited 2face Idibia, D’Banj and Wande Coal as his key musical influences.
