Booust Internship, by 2i Labs, is a unique platform to jumpstart your desired career in tech.

The program is divided into 2 phases. The first consists of a 12 week training in the fundamentals of Software Development. This is self learning based, although with guidance from senior developers at 2iLabs. Participation is mostly remote, with only a few days of the week dedicated to in-person meetups.

In the second phase, top performing trainees are admitted into paid internship. Here, interns get the chance to work on real life projects, earn valuable development experience, and also earn a monthly pay of between 50 - 75 000 naira, based on performance. This phase runs for 6 months.

Alongside the technical skills, interns are also trained on the rudiments of starting and running a successful business. This ensures that successful completion of the internship empowers the intern with the requisite know how to become a tech entrepreneur.
