After beating Manchester city in both legs of the champions league quarter finals, and also the only team from england left in the champions league. Liverpool have shown that they have all it takes to be Champions League Winners for 2018 despite having Real Madrid still left in the competition. When the quarter final draws were made, everyone's mind was on Manchester city going through and favourites to qualify for the next stage but to our surprise Liverpool with the help of there front three which consist of Mohammed salah, Sadio Mane & Roberto Firmino knocked city out of the champions league in both legs and if you were told that city would be beaten in both legs you won't for a second believe that.

Manchester city which is the most inform team in Europe at the moment were knocked out by Liverpool and this is the reason why Liverpool are the team to fear in the champions league and if given the chance can bring back the cup to England. The jurgen klopp side has transformed the team into an attacking team and are feared by even the likes of real Madrid. Liverpool if drawn with Anyone in the semis can go through to the finals because their players have all it takes to beat any team.

The 2018 Champions league campaign for Liverpool have seen them play from the play offs to the group stages and quarter final without losing any of their matches and also the team with the highest number of goals scored in this seasons champions league campaign. Though all eyes are on real madrid to be favourites to win the champions league but I think Liverpool have more chances than Bayern Munich and Real Madrid if they decide to put up a very high class performance during the semi final stage of this competition.
