Executive Summary
Executive Summary is the most important aspect of a business plan. This is the first section of a business plan that the investors are always willing to glance through which will determine if they will read through the other part of the business plan. This section determines if the investor will be willing to invest in your idea or business. We use this section to pitch our investor or grant auditor to choose our business plan for grant.
What is Executive Summary?
Executive summary contains the introduction or overview of your business, the detailed description of product and services, the problems that your business or idea will solve (I.e problem worth solving), the target market and financial highlight or considerations

You can also add the following to your Executive Summary
* The vision and Mission Statement
* Objectives of the business
* Keys to success
* Business Model
* Competitions etc
