Southampton vs Chelsea:
Southampton are 18th in the table, just a point above 19th placed Stoke and three adrift of the safety of 17th.
You would be forgiven for thinking that Chelsea are the clear favourites here, but that’s not necessarily the case. The Blues are in a really difficult spell of their own, and just like Southampton the FA Cup is their only potential saving grace. It just so happens that these two will meet in the FA Cup later this month, so this could provide a nice psychological boost to the team that fares better.
Last weekend Antonio Conte saw his Premier League title holding Chelsea side play out a dismal 1-1 draw at home to West Ham. That came after a London derby defeat at home to Spurs to leave them with just two wins from their last eight Premier League games.
HEAD TO HEAD
Chelsea have won four, drawn one, and lost one of their last six meetings with Southampton, with both teams finding the net in four of these games.

SOUTHAMPTON TEAM NEWS
Jack Stephens will miss out through suspension here after he was sent off against Arsenal. Sam McQueen and Steven Davis are ruled out through injury too, whilst both Mario Lemina and Shane Long are doubts.


CHELSEA TEAM NEWS
Ross Barkley is still struggling to regain fitness and is a doubt, whilst Davide Zappacosta is also doubtful. Ethan Ampadu and David Luiz are both still sidelined for The Blues.

BURNLEY VS LEICESTER
Burnley’s mid-season dip may have had a few faithful fans slightly worried, but it seems they had absolutely nothing to fear. One of the pre-season contenders for relegation, they are currently putting in a respectable challenge to qualify for Europe this season.
The Clarets mid-season dip was quite a hefty one, and one that was brought on by a very tough run of fixtures back in December. They failed to win 11 Premier League games on the bounce, although as you would expect they remained very tough to beat and only lost five of them.
Below them lie Leicester though. The Foxes were the kings of the underdogs when they won their unlikely Premier League title a couple of years back, but they now sit six points behind Burnley and can see their hopes of returning to Europe fading before their eyes. A loss here would all but seal their fate.
It doesn’t help that manager Claude Puel is having a major selection crisis in midfield. Matty James, Vicente Iborra, and Daniel Amartey are all injured, and with Wilfried Ndidi’s suspension it’s looking like they will have to call up a youngster to fill the gap. This could play into Burnley’s hands.

Leicester have won four, drawn two, and lost one of their last seven meetings with Burnley, but did lose their last trip to Turf Moor in January 2017.

Ben Mee remains a doubt after missing Burnley's last outing, whilst Johann Gudmundsson could also be sidelined. Robbie Brady, Jon Walters, Steven Defour, and Scott Arfield have all been ruled out.
LEICESTER TEAM NEWS
Leicester have an injury crisis in central midfield, with Wilfried Ndidi suspended, Matty James ruled out through injury, and both Vicente Iborra and Daniel Amartey struggling for fitness too.
