Cuttings, cutting down, open cover, rise, over rise, below size, dough, moulding, baking, firing, mixing, panning

You can also steam bread Chinese style. I've been meaning to try it because the bread is thick, fluffy and crustless.

You can add all kinds of things to it if you want any kind of sweet or savory bread. And it's best to use a Chinese steamer, but you can do it without it.

Here's some photos of Chinese steamed bread to give you an idea of its texture if you've never had it.







There's also a deep fried version, which I've never had, but it looks good. They apparently like to dip it in condensed milk, which sounds even better.
