PROCEDURES 

1) CONTRACT STAGE: Seller Issues This SPA From The Platform Of NNPC-PPMC, Seller & Buyer Sign SPA, FBI-ICC Contract And Return With ATB Format, Seal This Contract Both Banking Coordinates And Lodge The Executed SPA With Their Respective Bank. The Electronic Signed Copy Is Legally Binding, Enforceable And No Changing Of Any Part.

2) Seller NNPC-PPMC Releases Vessel Documents Bill Of Lading, Certificate Of Quantity, Certificate Of Quality With Vessel Name, Imo Number, For Tracking Verification.

3) Buyer Give MT760 SBLC. For The Reassignment Of The Vessel Within 48hr In Buyer Consignee Name Including Official NNPC ATS Which Is The Warranty Of Title Of The Vessel With Nigeria Product Blco. Captain Issue MATB /Marine Release Clearance To Board Agent/ Supercargo.

4) Seller NNPC-PPMC Marine Office Confirms Instrument Payment And Instruct The Captain Of The Vessel To Issues Marine ETA/NOR And Move The Loaded Vessel To Point Of Q&Q In Nigeria/Ghana Water As Indicated In Buyer's ATB Format.

5) Upon Vessel Arrival At The Point Of Q&Q In Nigeria/Ghana Water, The Captain Issues Marine ATB And NNPC-PPMC Marine Office Issue Clearance To Buyer Agent Inspectors With Supercargo To Board.

6) Buyer's Inspectors With Supercargo Team Board For Q&Q, The Supercargo Shall Remain On Board Until Final Payment Is Made While The Inspector Takes Product Sample And Disembarks For Analysis.

7) Upon Successful Q&Q Report, Seller Issue Instructional Final Invoice And Buyer Makes Payment With MT103 To Seller NNPC-PPMC Nominated Account Including Intermediaries Agents, And All Transactions Documents Release In Buyers Name Including Official NNPC ATS As Warranty Of Title To Buyer.

Final Payment In Full For The Cargo, Including Commission Is Made By Swift Via MT103 To Seller’s Account, As Per Payment Agreement In This SPA.
