Yes he is not register with any club that's the reason why it won't be count as treble but Liverpool can give him a medal for participation in the group stage because they will be given 30 (i think or more)but not compulsory anyway to give him.

Their is even a rule now that any player (registered for the team for both group stage and knockout) that didn't play any part in the team winning won't be listed as part of the winner not to talk of a player playing for another team.
