I downloaded "Battery Life Doctor" and attached is a screenshot of the report for the battery life. As you can see, the battery is highly degraded, with less than 30% capacity life left. I just don't want to take the risk of opening the iphone to change the battery as things may go wrong with these naija techs, but if you've done a battery change on an iphone 5 before, or you know someone who can do it right, then this may be the phone for you.
