Yup. Civil/Strucutral Engineer in the house. Besides finishing at Yabatech, ive been called an engineer since I was 18, coz been following my dad who is a big time contractor around and working with him. And also got a CM (Construction Management) diploma for PMISA in South Africa in 2008.

@candylips

Extra Yup: FEM is all about SS (Structural Systems) usually charted or modeled through tiny dots (finite elements) called nodes to determine density, thickness, young's theory (element properties that make up a structure), etc, blah blah. Its about the easiest way to solve the most complex structural headaches.
Sounds like your just getting to the topic? Ive never used this part of the forum, im always stuck at the properties forum and the flood of adverts have made my contributions totally useless. Maybe I can advise aspiring civil engineers in the making. Got any questions, just blip me: adetund19@yahoo.com
