Not a single $ is spent fixing anything. Could a Car with severe damage as claimed in the report travel that far? What this means is that this seller knew about the accident history and deliberately hid it, proclaiming this vehicle as accident free.

The point here is not about the status at the final point of purchase but that you indicated in your advert that the vehicle is clean title and accident free without proper investigation and verification of vehicle history to determine the correct and appropriate tag to give the vehicle in your advert.

Assuming you posted and indicated a rebuilt title from a previous recorded accident and stated that you thoroughly checked and can confirm that car is repaired to standard and good to go then I don't think there would have been any issues or red flags to raise.

That being said don't be too quick to lash out at criticism all the time, but learn how to respond humbly and politely every time, this is my best advice to you. If you noticed you arrogantly brought this X-ray activities on your dealings by your attitude.
