i came across this Gionee x1s on jumia (shipped from overseas) with 32gb which shouldn't be a problem except the fact that the one officially released by Gionee and is in circulation in Nigeria is with 16gb..
I would like to hear from professionals and experienced people in this field cos i don't want to buy a clone or fake product plus the phone seems cheaper than the normal price....
also people using gionee x1s should tell us their take on the phone so far.

tbe phone is cool. I've used it and the one on Jumia isn't clone but rather the version made for china/india. The one made for Africa is 16gbrom.

Am using the phone now, i bought it #55,000 at Slot, Uyo. It is 16gig ram, I am not quite sure there is another version.

Nice one. I have watched some reviews online you are very correct. You said you have used the phone. I have just 2 qtns please.

1. Does it have compass sensor ie if you download compass app will it work on it. I am getting conflicting results online.

2. Does the phone heat up 'so much' on prolonged use?

I don't know much about number one cos I don't use the function

As for number 2 it does not heat up at all

there is actually this one is anoda version 32gig rom and its cheaper than dat which u bought

d 32 gig version is 4ok on aliexpress

once you are able to charge once a day your are G2Go.... Battery takes about 2hrs to charge

I need more review on the phone? and is the 3/32gb ROM a clone, how fast does the battery drains compare to the. 3/16gb ROM.... please honest opinions

The battery is dope. If you still want to buy, proceed. Mine got hot on the first day but immediately I drained the power and charged, it has never gotten hit again. I get 9 hours screen on time and as much as 17 hours a day.
