I Odabi, Founders of Deo Gratias since 1970 at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, with the vision of giving the best secondary school students an opportunity to get scholarship to study in Deo-Gratias Schools, any other states or Federal Secondary Schools and Universities in Nigeria.

The scholarship scheme was actually inspired to celebrate the extra-ordinary selflessness displayed by Sir and Lady G.I Odabi in the development and promotion of education in Nigeria.
Deo Gratias Institute is geared at ensuring that every child gets a chance at world class education as an advantage for national growth, peace and stability in Nigeria, and Africa at large.

As from September 2018 Deo Gratias Institute will be engaging up to 5 thousand pre-qualified secondary students, across Nigeria in a national examination scholarship scheme, that would empower secondary school students with scholarship awards. Our belief is that any child that receives quality secondary education can reach the stars.

The best students will be selected from various categories to win scholarships at various levels. Secondary scholarship, free books trough-out secondary education scholarship, laptops, tablets, cash prize,and other educational materials would also be given to thousands of students as parts of rewards for the scholarship scheme.
