Wilfred Ndidi, Leicester's holding midfielder, last night won the club's Player of the Season for the second season in a row.

The Nigerian international, who has built a cult following at the Midlands club, told the club's in-house channel after receiving the award: "It was a proud moment for me".  He was particularly pleased that it was a vote by the club's fans.
