There's something I don't understand about Nigeria car dealers why do they always lie about the year model of the car? Imagine the seller calling this 2008 car 2009 what's the gain when things like this can spoil your market when they buyer come for physical inspection.

they produce cars before the unveil them. 2019 edition of a car has been produced already you don't wait for 2019 to start production

But a 2019 model will always be 2019 model even if they produced it in 1999.
Going by what you said above, if it is actually a 2008 car, there is possibility that the car might have been produced in 2007.
