Hi Nairalanders, I have an agent helping me with my permanent Residence visa, he told me the Visa will be out within two/three months but what baffles me is that, he didn't enroll me for TOEFL/IETLS exam, he only asked for my passport photograph and data page of my international passport . I want to ask if there are other ways to get Canada PR visa without using their immigration website and without writing IETLS/TOEFL. |
