ADMIN/FRONT DESK OFFICER

As Admin/Front Desk Officer you will be responsible for:
Handling book keeping records of the office
Ensure Office management
Ensuring safety of self, work place and colleagues while also ensuring the positive impact of this activities on the environment
Ensure the day-to-day financial activities of the office are properly accounted for and documented
Keep proper account records of the company
Qualifications:
National Diploma in Business Administration or related courses.
At least (1) year relevant work experience.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications.
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Good Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
