3. Avoid Grapes: this seems to be shrouded in controversy. While some medical professionals suggest that you avoid eating grapes during pregnancy other advice that you use it. Most expert advice the former because of the amount of pesticides that are sprayed on grape fruit to keep from being eaten away by pests. Moreover the main cause of contention is the high amount of resveratol present in grapes the can cause toxicity for a pregnant woman. But eating grapes during pregnancy gives you vital nutrients like Vit. A and Vit. C. I suggest that you see your doctor before taking any decision about eating grapes during pregnancy.
4. Avoid unwashed raw fruits: avoid unwashed and unpasteurized fruits during pregnancy. It is critical that food hygiene is given primal importance during pregnancy to avoid infections from toxoplasmosis.
