Job description

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of web & mobile app applications across a broad sector.
Supports testing, debugging, and refining the applications to produce the required product.
Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application.
Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Helps prepare both program-level and user-level documentation.
Implementation of security and data protection.
Implementation of search engine optimization.
Recommend appropriate concept for web & mobile app development for clients within different sector.
Manage and train other team members and lead projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient knowledge of one or more: JavaScript - AngularJS and NodeJSJava/Servlet/JSP.
Python, PHP, Laravel PHP, C++, JQuery, MySQL, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB and Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android Apps Development).
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Requirements

Proven working experience in web programming.
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

I think it'll be better if the salary is reviewed considering the amount of resources and time the developer will consume (data, fuel etc). Except you want him to work remotely. But the pay is not encouraging at all.

When I read this junk, I said to myself, all this for 80k? Its an insult on Nigerian Web Developers. Only one web job executed in one day will fetch you that amount. Now you want us to suit up. Atleast with tie, from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday for 4 weeks, probably with insults too from one fellow who know absolutely nothing about web development.
Mr. Employer, Please learn the things yourself and employ yourself.

Na only you like money for lagos abi? You'll charge project N800k then pay a developer N80k plus insult if he doesn't deliver on time. Bros go NIIT or Aptech or even use google take learn then wait for one new comer to pay you even N100k for 4 weeks then you'll know what we'er talking about. Just change your business to barbing salon cos that's where you'll see your target audience.
