Our Client is an urban Luxury Real Estate Development, Investment and Management company with head office in Ikoyi, Lagos. They are looking to recruit a competent and experienced Professional for the position detailed below.

ACCOUNT OFFICER (FEMALE) - AO/001
Responsibilities
The broad roles for this position are:
• Preparing financial records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information /reports for variety of transactions.
• Monitor accounting databases to ensure timely and accurate processing of recurring payments.
• Prepare bank account reconciliations
• Responsible for all fixed asset record keeping, including additions, transfers and disposals
• Reviewing of accounting inputs to secure as fair as possible valid, accurate and timely account balances
• Participates in and collaborates on other projects and activities as assigned
• Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
• Entering accounts payable information including data entry of invoices, verification of accounts payable audit trail, and mailing vendor check
Requirements:
• Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in report writing
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or in Business Administration with a minimum of second class upper division
• At least 1-year general Accounting experience required. (Real estate experience preferred)
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; self-motivated; ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
