Hi Nairalanders.

I am on the verge of acquiring a 1 plot of land in Ikorodu and I need expert advise on the possibility of building a 4 units of 2 bedroom flat and a duplex on a full plot of land and still have space for parking? If not please advise what can be build on a full plot of land?


I will also need a affordable architect to draw up a plan. work to commence ASAP.

I meant 2 units up and 2 units down, that makes it 4 units. and a Duplex.
