There is supposedly a fashion trend among youths within the age bracket of 17 and 26 always wearing slippers on socks roaming about.If you have ever travelled through Benin/Ore road you will notice people dressed in the same manner waving at passers by with there sore fingers. Please i need to know if there is an outbreak of leprosy especially in my neighbourhood in lekki to enable me take the necessary safety measures.
