yeah it's locked I told the supposed person that's why it's going for a cheap price am not a scam Ave been selling stuffs here for over 2yrs and there has never been a complaint about my phones. I was the one you contacted and told youyou that it's locked. If I wanted to scam would have said otherwise. Just because I did not state it on the ad now means I want to scam cos obviously the buyer will test the phone

guy just don't come here and say what u don't know won't the buyer test the phone before buying ?and when the person called me I told him the phone is locked just because I did not state it on the ad have been selling phones here for close to 2yrs now ,a good name is better than riches
