All of a sudden, my phone Tecno K9 refuses to install app downloaded and if I try switching off the phone or resetting it will show a message as written below "Formatting not yet completed do not power off or reset and try again after formatting complete". I can't switch off or even receive from Bluetooth. @mods kindly move to front page
